7:00 P.M. Massachusetts Department of Transportation – Highway Division – District 5, Route 3 north of Exit 4. A Request for Determination of Applicability to implement an herbicide treatment program for use in sensitive areas within state highway rights-of-way and within wetland buffer zones.
7:10 P.M. James and Linda Tribble, 131 Sandwich Road, Parcel ID 082-000-021-000. A Notice of Intent to demolish the existing dwelling and construct a new dwelling including utilities and amenities, in the buffer zone of Bordering Land Subject to Flooding and Bordering Vegetated Wetlands of Hayden Pond.
This project is subject to review by the Natural Heritage and Endangered Species Program and MESA.

A Notice of Intent to upgrade a septic system, construct a covered porch and patio on the main dwelling, construct a boat house and permit the seasonal dock, within the buffer zone and of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland and Inland Bank and within the resource of Long Pond.
